Bylaws

See the latest version (4.0, January 23, 2022) of the club's bylaws.  The changes to the bylaws (underlined in the document) were approved by a vote of the attendees of the February 2022 meeting.  A second vote will be taken at the March meeting.  If that is also a vote of approval, the changes will be adopted.
